Central Park Wedding Ceremonies

We really loved having Chris as our officiant. In fact, even though we had several other options and he already had a couple events the same day, we adjusted our schedule a bit to make sure that he was our guy. His words were perfect along with his New York energy. I even got alot of comments after about how awesome the guy is. Thank you for making our day extra special.

We had the pleasure of having Chris from NY Officants perform our wedding ceremony. We appreciated his energy, attention to detail, and punctuality throughout the experience. Not only did our guests rave about the ceremony, but in the moment we felt truly guided and comfortable. I would recommend him for any nuptials or union!

When we were searching for an officiant, we had several calls scheduled. Our call with Christopher happened to be the first, and we canceled the others after that! He was professional, but relatable, and gave us a thorough explanation of what to expect pre, during and post ceremony, including approachable instructions on how to obtain our marriage license and options for customizing the ceremony. We were considering asking a family member to officiate our ceremony, an idea we quickly abandoned after our call. We were blown away by Christopher's experience and how much attention to detail he pays! He really added value to his role, and we felt confident he could give us the type of ceremony we wanted.
The day of, he arrived prior to the ceremony to do a run through of everything we had spoken about as a reminder and put our nerves at ease. The ceremony was perfect. It was everything we wanted it to be: beautiful, light hearted, funny yet professional. Our guests were complimenting how great our ceremony was and how much they enjoyed Christopher. A handful of them even thought that he knew us, because of his sincerity.

We had a great experience with Chris of NY Officiants! He did a beautiful job curating our ceremony, and I had many guests actually come up to us throughout the day to tell us how much they enjoyed it. Chris kept a perfect balance of serious and light-heartedness. He also never made me feel like a bother when I asked the same question multiple times out of being antsy, and gave us great coaching the morning of to remind us of the steps/cues. Chris was exceptional — highly recommended! My husband and I chose to include several Filipino traditions (the veil and cord, coins, and unity candle), and Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us seamlessly throughout the entire ceremony. Even our guests commented on how beautifully and smoothly everything flowed. Thank you very much Chris!

My husband and I can't thank Chris enough for the wonderful wedding ceremonies he performed for us. We first booked NY Officiants for our wedding in November of this year. However, we reached out to Chris again in May to see if he could officially marry us earlier, explained our situation, and he was incredibly helpful—offering several date options that worked with our schedule.

He guided us through the entire process, explained how the ceremony would unfold step by step, and even gave us fantastic tips for our wedding photos. Then, on November 22, we had our ceremony and reception with our family and friends, and Chris kept everything lighthearted and fun for our guests. Everything went smoothly, even though I was extremely nervous and wasn’t able to review the details with him beforehand.

Chris did an amazing job with our ceremony November 2025. We did the love story option and everyone kept telling us how personal the ceremony felt and that it was one of the best they ever saw. Chris is very professional and always was extremely quick to respond when reaching out to him. You will not be disappointed when using NY officiants.
