We had the absolute pleasure of having Rev. Louis Olivieri as our officiant at Oheka Castle in Long Island, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

From the very beginning, Rev. Louis set the tone with his warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in getting to know us as a couple. He met with us multiple times via Zoom prior to the wedding, taking the time to understand our story, our personalities, and what mattered most to us on our special day.

His communication throughout the planning process was excellent—he was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and reassure us that everything would flow smoothly.

On the day of the wedding, Rev. Louis delivered a ceremony that exceeded all expectations. It was personal, heartfelt, and beautifully paced. Our guests even commented on how thoughtful and moving the ceremony felt, noting that it truly reflected who we are as a couple.

Most importantly, we felt completely at ease in his hands. With so many other things to worry about, the ceremony was one part of the day we never had to stress over thanks to his care and preparation. Rev. Louis made our wedding truly unforgettable.

Quality of Service
I cannot stress enough how much care and thought this man put into our ceremony. He truly delivered something thoughtful, deeply personal, kind, and funny. He leaves no stone unturned and doesn’t deliver anything less than extraordinary.

Responsiveness
For me, this is huge—I can get a little nervous and unsure when left waiting too long for a response. This was never an issue. From our first time reaching out to the day of the wedding, I don’t think we ever sent a message that wasn’t answered within five minutes or less.

Professionalism
From credentials to experience to execution, he was the definition of professionalism. He stepped into our admittedly disorganized situation and never lost his patience. He was always kind, supportive, and prepared. I felt not a single moment of concern with Louis at the helm.

Value
It would feel wrong to try and quantify the value of Reverend Louis’s service as anything other than priceless.

Flexibility
I cannot stress enough how indecisive and unprepared we were at times—our plans changed constantly, even up until an hour before the wedding. Once again, he was nothing but kind, understanding, helpful, and supportive through every step. He knew when to joke, and he knew when to be sincere. He was truly great.
